With over 30 years in senior leadership roles, including more than 20 years as the executive leader of a large, mission-driven organization, I’ve dedicated my career to fostering transformation at both individual and organizational levels. My background includes setting strategic vision, managing operations, and leading diverse teams and staff, while cultivating relationships with stakeholders and community partners. I have deep experience in guiding both personal and organizational alignment, ensuring that values drive actions and strategies. My work in community relations and advocacy advanced initiatives that reflected the core mission of the organizations I served. Throughout my career, I’ve offered mentorship, counseling, and guidance to emerging leaders, supporting their development through critical moments of change.

I have an ACC coaching credential from ICF and am certified in Hogan Assessments. In addition, I am completing my PCC credential at the Center for Executive Coaching. As a coach with firsthand experience undergoing reentry, I blend strategic insight with empathy to create a supportive environment for leadership transformation. I understand that impactful leadership requires more than skills; it’s about aligning with core values, building resilience, and forging authentic connections. My approach empowers clients to deepen emotional intelligence, enhance executive presence, and lead with clarity, compassion, and integrity.
