Steve Weiss, CEO of Transformational Leadership Academy, with over 30 years of leadership experience, leads the Resurgence Leadership program. Specializing in self, servant, and transformational leadership, he developed skills in visioning, strategic planning, team building, and communication as a senior rabbi. His approach emphasizes self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Believing true leadership spans all life aspects, Steve aims to create effective, inspiring, and compassionate leaders. He holds certifications in Leadership, Life, and Reentry Coaching from the International Coaching Federation.

Steve is also an ICF credentialed Associate Certified Coach, with specializations in Active Listening, Building Trust, Communicating Effectively, Creating Awareness, Establishing Agreements, Maintaining Presence, Meeting Ethical Guidelines, Partnering With Clients, Powerful Questioning, and Setting Goals.
